The Owner
Sophie Longwater is a Savannah native who graduated from Georgia Southern University in the Spring of 2018 with a degree in Professional Communications and Marketing. Starting as an intern working for local companies, she strived to one day open her very own business much like her family before her. After a lot of thought and prayer Dapper Event Co. was born and the rest is history.
When Sophie is not planning events, she enjoys being by the water. Whether that is on the boat, beach, pool, or simply walking down to her local marina. She loves anything coastal and loves to incorporate coastal items and colors into clients decor. She has never met a pasta dish she doesn’t like and her go to cocktail is a Gin and Tonic with lime or a French 75. She absolutely adores the art of hosting and southern hospitality but if she was not an event planner she would love to become an interior designer.
